Q: Will I see a proof of my order before the final print is done?

A: YES! It is our company policy to send a proof either via email or via fax for ALL orders. A signed proof approval has to be issued before any printing can take place.

Q: Can I have color print on my order?

A: YES! We offer a wide variety of spot colors for an additional price. We also offer full color print. To recieve a custom color quote please contact us. 1-888-675-8324

Q: How long will my order take to get here?

A: The process depends on the layout complexity. We give 2-4 days to complete the layout process, then we work on getting the order approved. We will ship your order 4-5 days after APPROVAL.

Q: What is the easiest way for me to send in a re-order?

A: We keep all orders on file, so when you are ready to re-order you simply have to contact us via email, fax or phone. Give us your Company contact information and your personal CSR will contact you to confirm the order.

Q: How do I send my artwork?

A: Simply type the content you would like to have on your cards and email it to sales@printingtech.com. If you would like to have your company logo included. Please attach it to your email. Once we receive your file we will format it to fit and send you a proof. See Artwork Guidelines for more details.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: If your order has not been processed, you may cancel it and remove a merchandise credit of the order amount. Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you understand our need to keep our costs at a minimum and our turnaround times fast. This helps us provide you with the best value in the printing industry.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Printing Tech is committed to customer satisfaction. We will reprint or refund the cost of any product that fails to meet our customers quality expectations. However, we cannot take responsibility for typing, image or design errors introduced by customers in the document creation process. In an effort to keep costs down and pass those savings along to our customers, Printing Tech does not review documents for content or spelling. Printing Tech requires a customer proof approval before producing.

Printing Tech guarantees that you will be satisfied with the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with any product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. If you have not received your order by the time it was promised, please contact us within thirty days from the date it was promised to arrive.
